Hello.
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication Design at the University of Washington in Seattle. From October 2007 to September 2008. I was a Design Fellow for the AIGA Design for Democracy project in Salem, OR. Since finishing the fellowship in Oregon, I have worked as a freelance designer with a number of studios, businesses, and non-profits in the Pacific Northwest and New York.
My work is driven by the idea that design is most successful when it is conceptually strong, innovatively executed, and ethically responsible in its message. I am interested in working with socially proactive studios that believe design can create a positive impact within communities and the world.
I now live in Brooklyn, and am currently looking for freelance, contract, or full time work opportunities. I am also a contributor to and big fan of Empax.
